An original, immersive off-site to reinvent trust
KPMG Advisory wanted to organize its annual off-site gathering of 180 partners in a natural setting, conducive to reflection and creativity, but also imbued with a new dynamic. The aim was to evolve this often classic event, making it simpler, more original and inspiring, while aligning discussions around a central theme: trust.
GSF
Brightness agency energizes GSF's annual convention
For its latest convention, GSF called on Brightness ' expertise to reinvent part of the event's format. The aim: to highlight success stories from the field by giving the floor to facility managers, who are often at the heart of the group's successes, but rarely take center stage.

The Brightness Serious Game "Future Shock", helps to prepare for future challenges in an unstable geopolitical and economic context. The game was designed to enable participants to work in teams, strategize in the face of potential crises, and present their solutions to a demanding client. This was achieved through strategy workshops and game sessions, pitches and syntheses, which enabled enriching interaction and a better understanding of possible crisis scenarios.
Franprix
National Franchisee Conventions
After a first edition orchestrated by us at the Stade de France, which aimed to unite its community of franchisees through a unique event, Franprix has renewed its confidence in Brightness to design, organize and produce the second edition of what has already become a not-to-be-missed event for the company's network of franchisees.
Saint-Gobain

Brightness designed and orchestrated the feedback event for the Estates General, enriching ORPEA's dialogue with stakeholders. Through innovative formats and content creation, Brightness was able to create relevant interactions between participants, while highlighting the crucial issues and ORPEA's ambitions towards better care for the elderly.
Saint-Gobain
Brightness delivered a workshop on Generative Artificial Intelligence via our "Workshop IA Brightness" program. The program was designed to help businesses understand and harness generative AI, exploring how it can create value and transform industries. The workshop enabled participants to understand the fundamentals of generative AI, identify impacted professions, deploy operational strategies and draw on real-life cases to illustrate these concepts.

Since 2019, Brightness has been supporting Bouygues Construction in creating impactful content and organizing internal and external events.
Dassault Systèmes
Brightness accompanied Dassault Systèmes 3DExperience Lab for its annual seminar. The seminar was divided into three parts: inspiration, introspection and exploration, around a common theme. It allowed the team to get to know each other better and to co-construct their vision of the future.
CAC 40 GROUP
Brightness supports a major international luxury group in the structuring and development of its Learning & Talent unit, which is already well established within the Group.
BNP Personal Finance
BNP Personal Finance therefore called on Brightness to answer these questions: How can we capitalise on communities to improve employee commitment and internal cohesion? How to structure and animate its corporate communities?
Bouygues Construction
For the announcement of its 2030 climate strategy, the Bouygues Construction group called on Brightness to design a short and effective programme with the aim of announcing the major issues of this strategy and getting people to adhere to it.
