Events 2022 & 2023 Franchisee Convention


2nd National Franchisee Convention

After a first edition orchestrated by us at the Stade de France, with the aim of federating its community of franchisees through a unique event, Franprix has renewed its confidence in Brightness to design, organize and produce the second version of what has already become a not-to-be-missed event for the company's network of franchisees.

While the first edition drew on the values of sport to create a sense of belonging and community, thanks to the emblematic venue of the Stade de France, a keynote speech by a (very) famous rugby coach and a memorable and privileged "gamified" tour of the stadium (including the players' changing room, the corridor leading to the pitch and the little-known "prisons"), the second edition took on the theme of the 7th art.

The Pyramides de Port-Marly, a green setting on the outskirts of Paris, transformed into a festival palace for the occasion, was the setting for this latest edition of the festival, which was all about cinema.

The morning's program included short, high-impact speeches by the Franchise Director, the General Manager and the Comex, providing an update on the Group and the brand, and presenting new products and innovations. Franchisees were also invited to share their experiences with their peers, by taking part in compass committees designed to guide the brand's projects.

Then, after a hearty lunch, Franprix franchisees were given the opportunity to try their hand at the various professions involved in the film industry, becoming scriptwriters, actors, set designers, cameramen, etc., in order to make real short films, supervised by professionals, questioning the brand's values within universes as rich and varied as those of James Bond, Star Wars or Indiana Jones, to name but a few.

Our scope

Create events that appeal to a population that may be difficult to mobilize.

Find locations that are emblematic and/or adaptable to the chosen theme.

Define a short, surprising and interesting program that will hold the participants' attention and leave a lasting impression.

Work on content and rhythmic interventions with clear, strong messages to facilitate the transmission and retention of key information, all supported by animation to match the event.

To offer a convivial group activity that encourages discovery, sharing and reflection while having fun.
