Brightness is a training organization

Brightness is also a training organisation that puts people at the heart of its programmes and supports the development of talent.

We help organisations and their teams learn to unlearn and relearn, to embrace the complexity of the world, to come together around common values and missions and to share unique stories and experiences. Our inventiveness, our high standards and our constant quest for the avant-garde help you prepare for your future. We create unique programmes that combine interaction, experience, expertise and cutting-edge thinking to reveal the potential of individuals and organisations.

THE ART OF TALK

The most successful organisations have realised that today the ability to inspire is a key quality and that winning hearts and minds in the 21st century requires mastery of storytelling and oracy .

We tend to believe that there are natural born speakers with natural charisma and others whose cradles have been forgotten by the orality fairies.

However, anyone can become a good speaker, provided they want to convey a message, practice and follow the right method.

Brightness helps you to become a top TED Talks speaker with its 'The Art of the Talk' course.

SCENARIO PLANNING

The "Scenario Planning" workshop is an in-company program that prepares teams to embrace and manage uncertainty, to forge a vision and carry it forward.

  • Co-construct possible scenarios of evolution, stagnation and rupture.

  • Deduce risks and opportunities for each stakeholder.

  • Establish an associated roadmap.

  • Learn how to use methods and tools for disruptive innovation.

  • Turn uncertainty into a competitive advantage.
