Climate Convention - Group strategy announcement


The little story

In order to explain and disseminate the group's climate strategy to all employees of the group and its subsidiaries, wherever they are in the world and whatever their position, Bouygues Construction called on the creativity of Brightness.

Conceived as a real TV programme with its own dramaturgy, this original, short and educational 35-minute programme featuring the group's chairman as well as ordinary employees or customers, alternating on-stage sequences, field reports or interviews with stakeholders in sometimes offbeat formats, aimed to arouse curiosity, support and commitment.

Our scope

We imagined an original, short and impactful format to announce the launch of the climate strategy for the next 1 to 2 years. To do this, we designed and coordinated the production of a complete 45-minute programme alternating between sequences recorded on set under live conditions, field reports shot in the regions and abroad, and interviews conducted and filmed remotely or in hybrid mode, adapting each time to the particular health conditions of the moment and respecting very strict protocols.

Beyond the design and production, it is thanks to a strong editorial support both on the development of the sequences in order to create an effective dramaturgy, conducive to education, and on the framing of the various speeches to respect a precise timing that allowed the realization of a lasting object that facilitates the understanding and appropriation of the messages by all.
