The little story
Since 2019, Capgemini University has trusted Brightness to redefine and execute its Learning & Development strategy.
The group, which has more than 270,000 employees in 50 countries, organises programmes & events each year to stimulate its internal communities and develop the potential of each individual.
Brightness has become its privileged partner to imagine and design programs that are always more qualitative, attractive and surprising.
After more than 15 events designed for each community, the agency has come up with a new concept of cross-community events, called RISE.
Already 5 editions in one year that are a great success! An event that is constantly renewed and has become the flagship of Capgemini University.
Our scope
Together we have designed more than 20 events and programs for different communities (HR, consultants, IT architects, sales, project managers, data, cloud...) and regularly collaborate with the university teams to refine the L&D strategy of Capgemini University.
Quality of the speeches, modernization of the formats, digitalization of the contents, transformation towards hybrid, sourcing of speakers, preparation of the speakers, curation of new contents... are some of the subjects on which we work with the University.
