The little story
Since 2019, Capgemini University has trusted Brightness to redefine and implement its Learning & Development strategy.
The group, which has more than 270,000 employees in 50 countries, organises programmes & events each year to stimulate its internal communities and develop the potential of each individual.
Brightness has become its privileged partner in imagining and designing ever more qualitative, attractive and surprising programmes.
The program
Day 1: UNDERSTAND
The world is changing at a rapid pace and is completely unpredictable. Companies need to implement a new way of learning, of training, to prepare for the future and to adapt to constant change .
From the need to learn to unlearn, to the change of mentality, through the latest trends in learning and neuroscience, this first day allowed us to better understand the world that awaits us and the challenges to be met by the L&D community.
Day 2: EMPOWER
The second day of this exclusive event was dedicated to the tools and skills HR needs to learn and adopt to continue to reinvent learning, stay ahead of the industry, and better meet the needs of their community/clients.
Day 3: THRIVE
The final day of the event was dedicated to implementation and impact: what concrete actions should be taken - starting tomorrow - to implement successful learning paths and experiences? What impact will these learning strategies have on Capgemini's business? What impact will they have on society?
