BNP Personal Finance

Structuring and animating internal communities

BNP Personal Finance noted a lack of cohesion and commitment within its teams, in a sector that was undergoing major changes due to the arrival of new technologies and new entrants.

Community initiatives had recently been created, with a lot of energy, but they were having difficulty sustaining themselves and promoting their approach within the company. BNP Personal Finance therefore called on Brightness to answer these questions: How can we capitalise on communities to improve employee commitment and internal cohesion? How to structure and animate its corporate communities?

Our scope

The initial overview, guided by Brightness and led by PF, allowed the identification of two "pilot" communities to structure them, to make them radiate, and thus to enhance the approach.

Following an in-depth diagnosis of the maturity of each of the pilot communities, we provided concrete action plans for them to develop and spread within the company, and co-constructed editorial lines to offer members inspiring animation programmes that generate commitment, curiosity and new ideas.
