Training in Generative Artificial Intelligence
Brightness delivered a workshop on Generative Artificial Intelligence via our "Workshop IA Brightness" program. The program was designed to help businesses understand and harness generative AI, exploring how it can create value and transform industries. The workshop enabled participants to understand the fundamentals of generative AI, identify impacted professions, deploy operational strategies and draw on real-life cases to illustrate these concepts.
The format
The interactive workshop is designed for participants to work in small groups to explore the different applications of generative AI in their own professional context. They were given the opportunity to put the concepts presented into practice. The workshop concluded with a session for participants to share and discuss ideas and experiences. This format was specially designed for Saint-Gobain executives, with an 8-hour in-house session for 15 participants.
The workshop's tailored approach ensured that the content and activities were directly relevant and beneficial to Saint-Gobain, in line with their transition to a more collaborative and empathetic management style.
