Organization of the ORPEA Annual General Meeting feedback event
ORPEA, a notable group in the EHPAD sector in France, orchestrated the restitution of its États Généraux on Monday September 26, 2022 in over 200 of its facilities across the country. The initiative, launched last spring, aimed to bring together various stakeholders to discuss and propose improvements to optimize support for the elderly and drive a notable transformation within the Group. Thanks to an online platform active from May to the end of August, a wide range of participants were able to contribute to this constructive dialogue.
Event design and production
Brightness designed and orchestrated the feedback event for the Estates General, enriching ORPEA's dialogue with stakeholders. Through innovative formats and content creation, Brightness was able to create relevant interactions between participants, while highlighting the crucial issues and ORPEA's ambitions towards better care for the elderly.
Project development and implementation
The project was carried out in close collaboration with ORPEA teams, aligning our efforts with the key objectives identified at the Estates General. The tailor-made design of programs and events, and the organization of hybrid events were crucial steps in the realization of this project. By actively involving all stakeholders, both face-to-face and virtual, the event provided an enriching and memorable experience for participants.
