Three masterclasses to learn the secrets of the best speakers!

The most successful organisations and employees have realised that today the ability to inspire, convince and, more broadly, to express themselves orally is paramount.

However, in order to federate and share one's ideas with force, mastery of public speaking techniques, both in terms of content and form, is essential.

If we tend to believe that there are born orators with natural charisma on the one hand and those who have been forgotten by the eloquence fairies on the other, it is not so! Anyone can become a (very) good speaker, as long as they have a clear message to convey, train diligently and follow the right methods.

The stakes are all the higher because the amount of information shared within organisations is constantly increasing, while at the same time attention and concentration capacities are decreasing. Thus, it is essential to professionalise one's speeches in order to capture the attention of less patient and increasingly demanding audiences. Presenting a project, supporting a commercial proposal, leading a seminar, negotiating a budget represent almost insurmountable challenges for those who are not prepared.

In response to these challenges, Brightness has created three 1.5 hour interactive masterclasses:

1. Masterclass Art of the Talk to become an inspiring and impactful TED Talks speaker.

2. Masterclass Art of Storytelling to become a storyteller able to inspire and unite your audience.

3. Masterclass Art of Debate to learn how to convince and persuade with talent.
