Objective
To help managers and their teams who wish to express and confront their convictions on the main challenges facing their organisation by offering them the opportunity to learn how to exchange, argue and debate in a playful manner, thus enabling them to better understand, analyse and act in the face of current changes.

Method
Debate is a format in which between four and eight speakers take the floor in a structured, argumentative way on the same subject. Designed as a serious game, L'Art du Débat is a clash of ideas between two teams - the attack and the defense - who want to win! The workshop is punctuated by the learning of concrete argumentation techniques and the completion of numerous practical exercises, culminating in a grand final debate.
