#Covid-19: Accelerating the transformation of our ways of working

Since its creation, the Brightness agency has always been committed to moving the lines, changing consciousness and behaviour. Principles that it applies to itself and whose efforts have been rewarded by a certification B-Corp in 2019. The health crisis that is currently affecting us forces us to accelerate the transformation of our working methods: more collaborative, more respectful of climate issues, more agile and more frugal.

While we have always offered LIVE streaming and replay content creation, as well as video conferencing training, we are pleased to be able to offer our clients our tools, work processes and offers "at a distance". In this context, it is more important than ever to continue to exchange and cooperate despite the constraints of isolation.

Innovation in terms of organisation and working methods, the adoption of a more frugal approach to our business, the digitalisation of uses, and the need to protect the environment are at the heart of our concerns and invite us to make these solutions available to our clients to enable them to meet their needs.

While this crisis is also a blow to the training, events and culture industry, it also offers an opportunity for change which we have chosen to seize and which we invite you to seize as well.
