Train employees in foresight and the generation of plausible future scenarios
In an economic context of increasing uncertainty and instability, NATIXIS wanted to train its risk/credit teams to strengthen their forward-looking skills and help them better understand the disruptions that could occur in their main markets.
Our scope
Brightness has therefore embarked on a cycle dedicated to Scenario Planning with more than 70 employees of the risk department .
This comprehensive programme dedicated to Natixis included a mix of participative lectures and practical workshops to really get to grips with the method and be able to apply it on a daily basis as soon as they leave the programme.
The program, entirely designed by Brightness and delivered remotely over several months via a dedicated learning platform, enabled employees to :
detect weak signals and trends
recognise patterns in the evolution of trends (laws and patterns)
create narratives and describe possible versions of the future
build new solutions and business models to address them
convince to engage around the resulting projects
