Train employees in foresight and the generation of plausible future scenarios


In an economic context of increasing uncertainty and instability, NATIXIS wanted to train its risk/credit teams to strengthen their forward-looking skills and help them better understand the disruptions that could occur in their main markets.

 

Our scope


Brightness has therefore embarked on a cycle dedicated to Scenario Planning with more than 70 employees of the risk department .

This comprehensive programme dedicated to Natixis included a mix of participative lectures and practical workshops to really get to grips with the method and be able to apply it on a daily basis as soon as they leave the programme. 

The program, entirely designed by Brightness and delivered remotely over several months via a dedicated learning platform, enabled employees to :

  • detect weak signals and trends

  • recognise patterns in the evolution of trends (laws and patterns)

  • create narratives and describe possible versions of the future

  • build new solutions and business models to address them

  • convince to engage around the resulting projects
