Co-create your events with Brightness

design.001.png

We apply our own design thinking method to co-create our events with the different stakeholders.

Through virtual or face-to-face workshops, we design step by step, in a collaborative and iterative way. Depending on your needs, we build a cycle of workshops that can be done asynchronously & live.

The advantages of our method?

  • A holistic and participant-centric approach. We think about the event as a whole and put the participants at the heart of our thinking.

  • Better collaboration. We work hand in hand, taking into account the opinions of multiple stakeholders without slowing down the design.

  • Saves time. You avoid multiple meetings and back-and-forths and iterations allow for the agility that is essential in the event industry.

EVENT FRAMING

An essential phase in the design process is the framing of your event.

We map out the key issues and objectives of your event, aligning the different stakeholders if necessary. If your event has already taken place, we analyse past good practices and those to avoid. Together we establish design criteria that will be our reference at each subsequent stage.

After this stage, everything is clear: why the event is created, for whom, when and how it should be. We avoid the unpleasant surprises that often result from starting too quickly without a holistic view.

Everything is framed to move from intention to action!

EVENT CONCEPT

During this second phase, we stimulate everyone's creativity to imagine different event concepts. We draw on everyone's experience to combine ideas and give the event the colour that suits you.

We use visualization to help you project yourself and better understand your expectations.

We work together on a large number of parameters so that we can then take over and turn your ideas into reality.

EVENT DESIGN

Once the concept has been validated and the main directions outlined, we enter the iteration phase to design your event.

Name, theme, theme, tone, definition of topics, identification and sourcing of speakers, sourcing, participant experience, programme, session flow, communication principles... we are involved in the entire design chain for a high-impact event.

And of course, once the event is conceived, we are able to produce and deliver it thanks to our multi-disciplinary teams of experts and trusted partners.
