Over the past 15 years, I've helped write and prepare hundreds of talks. I've worked with experts from all walks of life, from entrepreneurs to scientists, artists and activists. But today, I'm faced with a first: collaborating with an artificial intelligence to write a talk. All I needed was one sentence: "Write me a talk on the topic of AI-driven avatars". And here's the result. What's incredible is that nothing in this video is true. Not the text, not the voice, not the image.. Everything has been constructed by an AI. It's a technological feat that opens up fascinating perspectives. But before I show you the video, let me explain how we got here. `

How does an AI generate inspiring speeches from a simple query?
Imagine being able to generate an inspiring speech on any subject, from a simple query. Now you can, thanks to Brightness' speech generation tool.
This tool uses two key components:
a script generator,
a text-to-speech-to-video converter.
How does the speech script generator work?
The speech script generator is the heart of the tool. It is based on the analysis of over 2,500 transcripts of inspirational speeches written over the last 12 years by Brightness teams. This analysis has enabled us to identify a general structure, which serves as the skeleton for most of these speeches.
Once this structure has been identified, the tool uses advanced techniques to transform these textual structures into simplified representations that retain the essence of the original content. Thanks to these simplified representations, the tool can group speeches according to their structural similarities.
With these groups clearly defined, the tool deduces an average structure for each group. This average structure acts as a model or guide for the creation of new speeches. Using these model structures, the tool is able to produce speeches on a wide range of topics. When a user provides information or key points on a particular topic, the tool uses the appropriate template structure to organize these points into a flowing, structured discourse.
From speech to video
Once the script has been generated, Brightness uses a customized version of ElevenLabs ' voice generation models to convert the text into speech (ElevenLabs is a voice AI research and deployment company that aims to make content universally accessible in any language and voice). The result of this processing is an audio file. Finally, Brightness uses a customized version of Heygen 's avatar video generation templates to convert speech into video. The result is the final video file, an example of which is shown above.

For the moment, the transformation into audio and video is not available to the public, but is reserved for internal use and Brightness customers.
