"One year after my talk, I must say that things are going at a thousand miles an hour. And I know that my time on the stage of the Châtelet is not for nothing in all this: in terms of network of course but also of new opportunities. I have since become an Ashoka Fellow and we have just won the Google Impact Challenge for our project of a media library kit for refugees, the Ideas Box. I'm still surprised, a year later, to meet people who say 'I saw you at TEDx and I've been following you ever since'. The weeks following the appearance on stage are very strong but the impact is not measured there, or even 1 year later. The video is on the internet and continues to make its way. (...)”
