The little story

Since its inception, Brightness has accompanied leaders in their quest for inspiration and new ideas to help them transform their organizations.

Type of program

The Residence is a community of transformation and innovation leaders. The Residence offers learning experiences in the form of inspiring conferences and debates every quarter, either face-to-face or remote, around an emerging trend. It brings together about 40 participants and experts for 2 hours to understand and debate together on the implication of this trend on their market and their sector.
