The little story
The Bouygues Construction Managers' Convention - The Future is Today - was organised by the Chairman and brought together a thousand managers from all over the world for a day at the Seine Musicale.
Our scope
We worked hand in hand with Bouygues Construction's communication teams to offer participants a day that lived up to their ambitions.
35 managers spoke in TED Talk format, without notes or lecterns, on a 360-degree stage with a sleek decor created for the occasion to break the mould of traditional seminars. Accompanied individually, each manager was able to prepare his or her speech in order to deliver key messages with impact and inspiring ideas.

18 stands dedicated to the group's innovations and new practices.
6 exhibition panels illustrating the emblematic projects carried out by the group: Grand Paris, Smart City Dijon, floating solar farms, offshore wind farms, etc.
A Digital Avenue to allow employees to test live the new techniques and technologies developed by the group
A pitch place and times of sharing and exchange around artistic performances to create links and make an impression.
